To secure your reservation a 50% deposit is required within 24 hours of making your reservation.

Reference: Please use your surname and date of arrival as a reference and email proof of payment to bookings@hogsbackfurtherbeyond.com

A booking confirmation will be emailed to you after your deposit have cleared. 

The balance of the cost of the reservation is payable 7 days prior to your arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be in writing. (Email or text).

Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival will be fully refunded. 

Cancellations made 7-14 days prior to arrival; 50% refund. (If we are able to fill the accommodation that was booked for you, we will refund the days filled.)

Cancellations made 1-7 days prior to arrival; No refund. (If we are able to fill the accommodation that was booked for you, we will refund the days filled.)
